2. delivery reservation
We deliver while stocks last.

3. shipping costs                                  
The shipping costs are charged in principle after expenditure, but as an online store action we charge you until revoked only 5.80 euros per delivery.

4. reservation of proprietary rights
The goods remain the property of Marktgemeinschaft Steirischer Wein until full payment has been received.

5 Payment, due date, default of payment
Payment for goods shall be made by invoice with payment slip.
Payment by sending cash or checks is not possible. We exclude liability in case of loss.
The prices stated in the Marktgemeinschaft Steirischer Wein Fanshop include the statutory value-added tax, whereby the stated prices only become binding when, on the part of the Marktgemeinschaft Steirischer Wein, the goods are at least partially delivered.

6. protection of minors

Young people under the age of 18 are not permitted to make purchases via the online fan store.

7. change of residence
If you change your place of residence, you are obliged to inform us of your new address within 14 days. Otherwise, you will have to bear the costs incurred by us for the change of residence. Furthermore, our legal declarations sent to your last address will be deemed to have been received by you.

8. data protection

The Marktgemeinschaft Steirischer Wein processes the personal data of the customers in compliance with the data protection provisions applicable to the contract. The data, namely name, address, telephone number, e-mail etc., bank data are collected, processed and used by the Marktgemeinschaft Steirischer Wein in an automated procedure to the extent necessary for the establishment, arrangement or amendment of the contractual relationship in each case. The Market Association Styrian Wine is entitled to transmit the data to third parties commissioned by it with the execution of the purchase contract, insofar as this determination is necessary so that the concluded contract can be fulfilled. The Marktgemeinschaft Steirischer Wein is furthermore entitled, as long as there is no objection from the customer, to collect, process and use the data received for the processing of the customer, for advertising, for market research, for purposes of the Marktgemeinschaft Steirischer Wein and for the needs-based design of the offers of the Marktgemeinschaft Steirischer Wein. This consent can be revoked by the customer at any time without giving reasons.
